Terms of Service agreement (test version 1)

Considering that platform Printuitiv is not fully functional, nor we have defined business model, this represents only a test version of legally binding "Terms of Service agreement" (hereinafter "ToS").

Executive summary of the most important future elements is:

• Future ToS agreement will be composed of two sections: "For consumers" and "For business users".

• A consumer shouldn't register in this platform since consumer's product orders are connected to last-mile delivery services (e.g. "Wolt “…).

• A business user must be an officially registered business organization with organizational number, prior to registration on this platform.

• NOTE FOR ALL BUSINESS USERS: PRINTUITIV IS NOT A MIDDLEMAN, BUT ONLY TECHNICALLY FACILITATES BUSINESS PROCESSES BETWEEN OTHER BUSINESS USERS AND CHARGES SERVICE FEE ACCORDING TO A BUSINESS MODEL (YET TO BE DEFINED).

• NOTE FOR RETAILERS: WE PROVIDE TO YOU AN ONLINE PLATFORM SERVICE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO ESTABLISH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH CONSUMER AND DELIVER SERVICE DIRECLY TO A CONSUMER. THEREFORE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE A LEGAL FISCAL MERCHANT OF RECORDS IN THE TRANSACTION WITH CONSUMER. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE FISCAL/TAX INVOICE TO THE CONSUMER ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE LOCAL VAT OR THE SALES TAX.

• Since Printuitiv is not a middleman, we don't offer a consumer support. For eventual complaint, consumers should make a direct contact with a business subject. In addition to that, EU consumers have right to use "EU Online Dispute Resolution platform" provided in the footer.

• As a business user registered here you automatically accept to receive up to 4 emails annually in connection with technical functionality of platform.

• At this stage of development, it is FREE to register and use, as well as FREE to leave the platform.
